On– site - We travel to you location and use our on site recover tools to recover your data. If successful you pay the hourly rate. If unsuccessful you pay a diagnostic fee of one hour or you can proceed to level 2.

We send your drive off to our clean room for data recovery for clean room recovery ( diagnostic fee of $250 will be applied to the original $250) If data is recovered you are charged and additional fee up to $3000.
