Desktop and Work Station Monitoring We offer three levels of monitoring service, Basic, Standard and Premium. You choose the level of support your want and we tailor the price to fit your budget. We install Antivirus and spyware scanners as well as our monitoring client on each work station. Premium plan includes unlimited calls to our US based help desk so you can resolve any daily issues that may arise. ( only includes repair based help, proprietary programs and installed business programs not supported). We run scans on a regular schedule to insure that your computers are protected. We monitor CPU usage, Hard drives and install all patches to operating system. All done remotely and seamlessly so your business runs flawlessly and your employees remain productive. If there is a problem with a any systems we monitor, we show up to discuss and fix the problem limiting down time. |

Server Management Our server monitor client will monitor your server and all hardware on the server alerting us to any problems that may occur so that we can be onsite quickly. We also provide email and spam filtering for your exchange services eliminating problems before they enter the system. Our patch management will test all patches before they are installed so there are no surprises when the patches are installed. We offer many different back up solutions for servers.
